On the MLS under showing instructions, REALTORS® are directed to call you at your phone number to set up a showing. That being said, showing instructions are not pulled by other major web sites like Realtor.com, HOMES.com and others. In fact, whatever broker you list with will have their name and phone number prominently displayed on these sites.

This raises some important questions: How do these leads get to me? What if a prospect calls me on a Saturday night for a Sunday showing or any day after business hours?
