Under the Flat Fee Plan, open houses are posted to the REALTOR® MLS and REALTOR.com. It is best to post open houses by end of day Wednesday before a Saturday or Sunday opening.

Free and unlimited listing changes

Unlimited "Round of Changes" ("Round") is offered as part of the Flat Fee Plan. A Round is when ever you request changes on the REALTOR® MLS. The Round can include multiple changes at the same time (including, price, commission, remarks, pictures and or features). The REALTOR.com site is updated from the REALTOR® MLS, so there is usually no need to update REALTOR.com.

This raises some important questions: How do these leads get to me? What if a prospect calls me on a Saturday night for a Sunday showing or any day after business hours?

An e-mail is also sent to you to confirm the caller's phone number, listed property address, date and time.

Especially useful if you are not normally at the property. Many showings are short notice, so you need a way to be able to get agents in fast. We can ship via USPS Priority Mail, with the shipping cost to your zip code calculated at checkout.

Return/refund policy: products such as this are nonrefundable after shipped, unless damaged on delivery. The user must test the new combination before locking or installing on the doorknob. FOXmls.com is not liable and will not refund for lockboxes jammed or unable to be opened after locked or installed. REALTOR Response® - Gives you flexability when selling your home.

If you purchase either one of our lockboxes, you are not required to be at home when a REALTOR® shows your home. The only time you must be available to show your home is when a buyer calls you directly after seeing your home on one of the consumer websites (Realtor.com, Listing Hub, etc..). Because FOXmls.com has some clients who prefer not to show their home at all, we offer our REALTOR Response® program. When a prospective buyer sees your home and calls you to set up a showing time, simply let us know and we will contact one of the hundreds of licensed REALTOR® we have worked with in your area who will accompany the prospective buyer.

If a successful sale is made, this agent will receive the commission you have offered to the Buyer's Agent at closing as stated in your Marketing Agreement with us. To qualify for REALTOR Response® program, you must offer at least 2.5% commission to the Buyer's Agent.
