Setting up Showings/Making an Offer

Before setting up a showing with the listing agent at a property it is suggested that a drive-by be done, look up city information and county information

At this point should have proof of funds. Email a copy of either:

Confirm (with your attorney's assistance if needed) all tasks have been completed before making an offer.  Generally, your Lender will require title insurance from a company that is acceptable to the Lender.  In most cases you can shop for and choose a Title Company that meets the lender's standards. Your attorney will often times be affiliated with a Title Company and/or recommend a Title Company.

The Buyer Rebate Addendum must be a part of the Residential Real Estate Contract in order to satisfy the Buyer Rebate Agreement

Forms needed at or before Contract Signing including purchase contracts. Your attorney will confirm that you have the correct contract for the property.
