Before a showing is scheduled a prospect must first become our Client. Our Clients (buyer's) have been pre-approved for financing (cash buyer) and have identified an attorney to use for closing.  By requiring this prep work our Clients are in a better position to get the best price on their purchase as they are for practical purposes, "Cash Buyers".

This process insures we are only working with Clients who are going to buy. By only working with qualified Clients we can rebate any commission we receive, from the Listing Broker, over 2.0% to our Clients. Click on the "Buyer Rebate Agreement".

If you are not yet ready to be our client, then we can still set up a showing for the property but for that property you will not be our Client and we are not able give a rebate.
