Buyer Rebate - Postcard Campaign

These steps detail the process by which we move a seller-buyer from being a Prospect to being a Client and how we assist the Client when purchasing a property.

  step 1 - Compile Mailing list A compiled list of prospects.
  step 2 - Send Post Cards Prospects becomes aware of our propram.
  step 3 - Visit web site Choose Lender and or Attorney.
  step 4 - Get Started Press purple button.
  step 5 - View Agreement Sign Buyer Rebate Agreement, then receive Buyer Rebate Disclosure Cards.
  step 6 - Forms needed Set up showings, Attorney Checklist, Buyer Rebate Adendum and other forms.
